In this role, you will provide essential speech and language therapy services to students, helping them develop crucial communication skills necessary for success in both academics and social interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to assess students' speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s communication goals.
Provide direct therapy services to improve speech, language, and social communication skills.
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure objectives are met.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure cohesive support for students’ communication development.
Attend IEP meetings and assist in developing student goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active SLP license in North Carolina.
Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
