Position Type: Full-Time | Grade Level: Elementary (K-5) | Multiple Schools

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Ferndale, Illinois. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across multiple elementary schools, providing speech and language therapy services to students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. You’ll have the chance to make a difference in students’ academic performance and social development by addressing their speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Speech Therapy: Provide direct speech and language therapy for elementary students, focusing on articulation, language disorders, fluency, and more.
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff members to create and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for each student.
Progress Tracking: Monitor and document each student’s progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed to ensure continued improvement.
IEP Participation: Take part in IEP meetings, offering your professional insights to develop and review goals that support both academic and communication growth.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Illinois SLP License
Prior experience with elementary students is preferred but not required
