About the Position:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a vibrant educational team in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This full-time role involves providing essential speech and language therapy services to elementary students (K-5) across multiple schools, addressing a variety of speech and language challenges that affect their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students, focusing on areas such as articulation, language disorders, fluency, and more.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, parents, and specialists to develop and implement individualized IEP goals tailored to each student’s specific needs.
  • Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy methods as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert insights to help create academic and communication goals for each student.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Illinois SLP License (required)
  • Experience working with elementary students preferred, but not required
