Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist Job – Teletherapy position for Illinois School
Sunbelt is hiring a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist for a district in Illinois.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade
  • Provide detailed assessment reports with recommendations for services and accommodations
  • Assist in the development of IEP goals based on evaluation outcomes
  • Provide teletherapy consultation for teachers to address classroom-based speech and language needs
  • Serve as a resource for special education staff and parents on speech and language development

Caseload Information:

  • Grades: Pre-K – 12
  • Caseload: Approximately 25 students
  • Focus on evaluations, assessments, and educational consultation

Job Details:

  • Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week
  • Pay: Competitive flat hourly rate based on experience
  • Location: Virtual, school is based in Illinois

Minimum Requirements:

  • SLP license in your state of residence, as well as Illinois
  • ASHA CCCs
  • Two years of school-based SLP experience
  • One year of teletherapy experience
