Full-Time Special Education Teacher Opportunity in Minnesota.

Sunbelt Staffing is working closely with a school near the Mendota Heights, Minnesota area to hire a Special Education Teacher. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment to support students with autism and cognitive disabilities.

Requirements:

Active Minnesota teaching license is mandatory.
Preferred certification: ASD, DD, or DCD Special Education.
Tier 1 or Out-of-Field Permissions will be considered.
Experience in managing self-contained classrooms is a plus

Responsibilities:

Implement evidence-based teaching strategies to address unique student needs.
Collaborate with paraprofessionals to ensure consistent support and interventions.
Maintain and track student progress through accurate documentation.
Promote social-emotional growth alongside academic development.
