Job Description

Sunbelt is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Full-Time Special Education Teacher to join the dynamic educational team in San Francisco, CA.

The Special Education Teacher will work to support students with various disabilities, ensuring they have access to the tools and resources needed to achieve their academic and social potential.

Job Details:

Instruction & Curriculum Adaptation: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with a variety of disabilities. Adapt lessons to meet the unique learning needs of each student.
Progress Monitoring: Continuously assess and monitor student progress in relation to IEP goals and make necessary adjustments to instruction.
Collaboration: Work closely with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff to provide a comprehensive and inclusive educational experience. Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of strategies that address individual student needs.
