Special Education Teacher Opening! - Near North Highlands, CA 

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. This role involves creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and providing support to ensure student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students in a range of settings, including inclusive classrooms and pull-out sessions.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
  • Manage classroom behavior and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Valid AZ Special Education (SPED) License required.
  • Experience teaching students with special needs preferred.
