Job Description

We are actively looking to hire Virginia licensed Special Education Teacher for the current school year. We currently have a variation of caseloads. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction and support to students with special needs, including those with learning disabilities, emotional or behavioral disorders, physical disabilities, and developmental delays. This is a full time, contract position located in the Parksley, VA area.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
Must have active Virginia Special Education Teaching credentials.

Responsibilities:

Instruct students both individually and in group settings.
Plan curriculum, special education programs and teaching methods.
Develop and implement IEP's (Individualized education plans).
