Job Title: Special Education Teacher
Location: Groveland, MA
Position Type: Full-time, Onsite
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year in the Groveland, MA area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
Responsibilities:

Create and update individualized education plans tailored to students' unique needs, collaborating with parents and professionals.
Design and deliver engaging lessons that accommodate diverse learning styles, focusing on academic, life, and social skills.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instruction, accordingly, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster a supportive learning environment and advocate for student needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is required in special education or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
Must hold a valid state license or certification in special education.
Must have previous experience as a ABA Therapist.
Additional endorsements in areas such as autism spectrum disorders or specific learning disabilities are a plus.
