Job Description:
VocoVision is partnering with a school district in virtual Illinois to find a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker for the upcoming school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students, working remotely while supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Job Requirements:

Active Illinois School Social Worker License
PEL (Professional Educator License) Required
Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students facing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement personalized support plans.
Assess students’ mental health needs and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Advocate for students to ensure they have the resources and support necessary for academic and social success.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, assessments, and progress in compliance with school and legal requirements.
Provide training and resources for staff and parents regarding student mental health and wellbeing.

Full-Time position
1099 contract
