About Us:
At VocoVision, we are devoted to helping communication and language skills for students across Michigan. We develop teletherapy services to advance students in their speech and language advancement in a virtual school based position.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and licensed Remote Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will develop individualized therapy sessions to students through a virtual platform in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Teletherapy Services

Assess and treat clients with a variety of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders using virtual platforms.

Conduct Assessments

Perform virtual speech and language evaluations through online sessions to assess the student’s communication abilities.

Develop Individualized Treatment Plans

Create personalized treatment plans based on the assessment results, addressing the specific needs and goals of students.

Provide Evidence-Based Therapy

Deliver therapy using evidence-based techniques and interventions, such as articulation therapy, language modeling, fluency shaping, or augmentative and alternative communication.

Monitor and Adjust Treatment Plans

Continuously monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback, progress toward goals, and any new issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Speech Language Pathology Master’s Degree is required.
Active Michigan state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required.
Experience in a remote setting.
Familiarity in using teletherapy platforms such as Zoom.
