Job Description

On-Site Sign Language Interpreter Needed near Weedsport, New York

Key Responsibilities:

Provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation for classroom lessons, school activities, and events to facilitate full participation.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt communication for various educational settings and individual student needs.
Create a supportive environment that promotes inclusivity and active engagement for all students.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in ASL with current state or national interpreter certification.
Experience in a school or educational environment is a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
