Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) for an itinerant position near Leesburg, VA. This role supports PreK-12th grade students across multiple locations, ensuring access to instruction based on individual IEP goals.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, itinerant role traveling to schools and student homes
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students with hearing impairments
  • Develop and implement IEP goals
  • Assess student progress and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student success

Qualifications:

  • Virginia Special Education License – Deaf/Hard of Hearing (PreK-12) (required)
  • Experience working with students with hearing impairments (preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
