Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid Maine TDHH License
  • Proven experience working with deaf or hard of hearing students, particularly in early childhood education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Proficiency in sign language and other communication methods

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to a kindergarten student who is deaf or hard of hearing
  • Collaborate with educational staff to create and adapt lesson plans that meet the students needs
