.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students through virtual online platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student performance and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education.
• Active Connecticut licensure with Special Education endorsement.
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.
• In-depth knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
