• Proven experience in special education, particularly with cross-categorical and self-contained classrooms

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adapt lesson plans aligned with IEP goals for students in multiple grade levels
• Assess and monitor students' progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting instructional strategies as needed
• Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
