Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create a comprehensive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching methods as required.
• Engage with students, encouraging participation and supporting their social and emotional development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about student needs and strategies for support.
