School-Based LCSW Opportunity – Full-Time Role in Belmont, MA

Join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Belmont, MA! This role provides essential support for elementary and middle school students, ensuring their social, emotional, and academic success.

Position Details:

Hours: 40 hours per week
Caseload: 11-15 students (3rd grade and up)
Duties Include:
- IEP goal writing and progress monitoring
- Behavioral and emotional support for students with mild autism, ADHD, DMDD, anxiety, and depression
- Collaboration with BCBAs, psychologists, SLPs, OTs, and educators

Requirements:

Must have an active Massachusetts LCSW license
Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
