Fully Remote School Social Worker needed in Pennsylvania schools 

Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote School Social Worker to provide essential social work services to students in Pennsylvania . This remote opportunity allows you to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students' well-being and academic success. As a School Social Worker, you will provide virtual counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional support to students, working closely with educators, parents, and school administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students remotely via telehealth platforms.
• Develop and implement social-emotional learning (SEL) programs to support students' mental health and emotional growth.
• Offer crisis intervention and short-term counseling for students facing immediate social or emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to identify and support students' mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Pennsylvania .
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with children and adolescents is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development, behavioral health, and social-emotional learning.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote communication tools.
