Location: Posen, IL

Responsibilities:

• Provide social work support and case management for students across all grade levels.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Assess student needs and create tailored intervention plans.
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions to address a range of issues, including behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
• Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid School Social Worker License for Illinois.
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a school social work endorsement.
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in case management and IEP support.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
