Job Description

An opportunity is available for a dedicated and compassionate LCSW to support K-12 students' academic, emotional, and behavioral well-being. This role involves collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and promote a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or higher
Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification
Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
Strong understanding of academic and behavioral interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations
Familiarity with state and district policies regarding student wellness

Location:

Responsibilities:

Assess student needs and create tailored intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavioral and emotional support strategies
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
Facilitate communication between students, families, and school personnel
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
