Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Social Worker License in Illinois
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsements
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in case management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and administrative staff
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and regulations

Location:
Naperville, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Provide social work support and case management to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify student needs and develop tailored support plans
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to promote social and emotional development
  • Liaise with families to ensure comprehensive support and resources are provided
  • Facilitate workshops and training for staff on social-emotional learning and best practices
