Hiring School LCSW – Full-Time, Competitive Pay | Lexington, MA

We are seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time school-based role near Lexington, MA.

Job Overview:

Schedule: 40 hours per week
Student Caseload: 11-15 students (3rd grade and up)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and intervention to students with mild autism, ADHD, anxiety, and learning disabilities
Develop and track IEP goals and benchmarks
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, educators, and BCBAs

Qualifications:

Must hold an active MA LCSW license
Experience working in a school-based or mental health setting preferred
