Qualifications:

• Active Colorado School Social Worker licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based environment
• Knowledge of CDE regulations and practices

• Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents
• Expertise in crisis intervention and prevention strategies
• Cultural competency and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Responsibilities:

• Provide social-emotional support and counseling to middle school students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to address students’ needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
• Facilitate peer support groups and workshops
• Respond to crises and provide intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records as per CDE guidelines
