School-Based Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Job Near Arlington, MA

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the Arlington, MA area, to support students with mild autism, ADHD, anxiety, and learning disabilities. This is a 40-hour/week role serving elementary and middle school students.

Position Details:

Caseload: 11-15 students
Duties Include:
- Develop IEP goals and benchmarks for therapy
- Provide social-emotional and behavioral support
- Work as part of a team with psychologists, BCBAs, OTs, SLPs, and teachers

Requirements:

Massachusetts LCSW License Required
Experience with school-based services is a plus
