Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a full-time SLPA to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with students to help them overcome communication challenges and support their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy services to students with speech and language challenges in various school settings.
Collaborate with the supervising SLP to implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
Help students improve skills in areas such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with students and staff.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing strategies to meet students’ communication goals.

Qualifications:

Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with students, educators, and other staff members.
Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, professional ethics, and industry standards.

Location: Thomasville, NC
Hours: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
