Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time SLPA to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering speech therapy to students with speech and language disorders in various school settings.
Collaborate with the supervising SLP to carry out individualized therapy plans.
Help students with skills related to articulation, fluency, and language development.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in interactions with students and staff.
Participate in IEP meetings and offer insights to support the development of students’ communication goals.

Qualifications:

Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with students, teachers, and staff.
Understanding of speech therapy techniques, standards, and ethical guidelines.
