Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy services to students with speech and language challenges in a school setting.
Collaborate with the supervising SLP to implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
Assist students in improving skills related to articulation, fluency, and language development.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with students, staff, and families.
Participate in IEP meetings and help develop strategies to support students’ communication goals.

Qualifications:

Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
Previous experience in a school environment is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, educators, and staff.
Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques, professional ethics, and industry standards.
