Sunbelt Staffing is searching for a full-time SLPA to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with students to help them overcome communication barriers and support their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering speech therapy services to students with speech and language challenges in various school environments.
Work with the supervising SLP to implement individualized therapy plans.
Help students improve their skills in areas like articulation, language development, and fluency.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with students and staff.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to support the development of students’ speech and language goals.

Qualifications:

Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
Knowledge of speech therapy standards, ethical practices, and professional guidelines.

Hours: Full-Time
