Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time, School-Based (1099 Contractor)
Location: Remote | Serving D.C. School Districts

If youre a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington D.C. and are seeking a flexible, remote opportunity, we have an exciting full-time, 1099 contractor position for you. This role offers the autonomy of working from home while ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide virtual speech therapy to K-12 students in Washington D.C. who have various speech and language needs
  • Conduct assessments, create individualized therapy plans, and monitor student progress
  • Attend virtual IEP meetings, offering expertise and collaborating with parents and school staff
  • Keep detailed records of all therapy sessions, assessments, and student progress
  • Maintain effective communication with families and school teams to ensure students needs are being met
Qualifications:
  • Must hold an active Washington D.C. SLP license
  • 2 years experience in school-based setting
  • Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to student success
