Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Teletherapy

Location: Henderson, NV (serving K-12 students in the Las Vegas area)
Job Duration: Contract, CSY
Start Date: 3/27/2025

Hours: Open to full-time or part-time

An opportunity exists for dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students within a dynamic virtual environment. This role involves working with a diverse caseload of students who require speech and language intervention to support their academic success and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services through telehealth.
  • Assess students' speech and language abilities, identifying areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and objectives.
  • Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Nevada SLP license and teaching certification.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a virtual setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and families.
  • Proficient with teletherapy platforms and digital assessment tools.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 25-32 students while ensuring quality of care.
