This role provides the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering speech and language services in a virtual school setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote speech therapy services to students in K-12
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and track student progress
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of therapy sessions
• Incorporate digital tools and resources to enhance lesson delivery
• Comply with all relevant state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Virginia
• Previous experience working with students in a school setting (virtual experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using technology and virtual therapy platforms
