Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within a K-12 school in Exeter, NH. This contract position allows for impactful contributions to student development and success in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students, focusing on improving communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a cohesive support system.
  • Document students' progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse student populations.
  • Proficient knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for speech-language disorders.
