An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a supportive environment focused on student success and well-being. This position is ideal for those ready to engage with diverse pediatric populations through both on-site and virtual modalities.

Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience with pediatric patients
  • Proficiency in teletherapy techniques
  • Familiarity with school-based settings
  • Washington State license and ESA required; must have ESA or be in process

Location:

  • Everett, WA (consideration for virtual options)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language delays
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Work with mild to moderate speech disabilities, focusing on student needs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track student advancements
  • Provide teletherapy sessions as required, ensuring a conducive virtual experience
  • Engage in continuous professional development to refine skills and methodologies
