Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Maternity Leave Coverage

Remote | Must Hold a Virginia SLP License

Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity? We’re seeking a virtual SLP to provide maternity leave coverage beginning March or April for a preschool and elementary caseload.

Position Details:

Start Date: March or April 2025
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week (part-time applicants welcome)
Student Population: Preschool and elementary-aged students
Caseload Model: Manage a designated caseload, providing direct therapy, progress monitoring, and collaboration with school teams
Work Setting: Fully remote, delivering therapy through a secure teletherapy platform

Qualifications:

Active Virginia SLP license (required)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
Previous school-based (Minimum 2 years)
Comfortable with virtual therapy platforms and IEP documentation
