Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Current SLP Licensure
  • CCC or CFY in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Strong background in school-based therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Location:

  • Smyrna, DE

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students
  • Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
  • Work across 1-2 school sites as needed
