Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
  • Valid Washington State SLP License
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
  • Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services to a manageable caseload of up to 45 students
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support student needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development

Location:

  • Selah, WA, serving a K-12 school community
  • Contract position for the 2025-2026 school year
  • Assignment to a maximum of two sites
