Job Description

Engaging in the vital field of speech-language pathology, professionals will provide essential therapeutic services within a K-12 educational setting. This full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week, is designed for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, focused on supporting students' communication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Louisiana Speech-Language Pathologist License (LA SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Proficient in assessments and evaluations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Location:

  • Saint Joseph, LA

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development
  • Monitor and report on students’ progress
