Job Description

In a supportive educational environment, professionals will provide essential speech-language pathology services to students ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade. This role focuses on addressing diverse communication needs, including those of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and non-verbal students.

Location: Saginaw, MI

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, fostering effective communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a comprehensive support system.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • ASHA Certification; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
