Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Experience working with students or pediatric patients, particularly in a school setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and their impact on learning

Location:

  • Reading, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders in Pre-K students
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication skills
  • Conduct regular progress evaluations and adjust therapy techniques as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support
