Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a significant impact in the lives of elementary students. This role encompasses working with a diverse caseload within an engaging educational environment, focusing on grades K-2.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Professional Educator's License for IL schools through ISBE
  • Expertise in teletherapy and virtual service delivery
  • Strong background in school-based speech-language pathology
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with collaborative team approaches in schools

Location:

  • Racine, WI

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address student needs
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 40 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success
  • Deliver services in both onsite and virtual formats as required
  • Ensure compliance with all state and school regulations regarding therapy services
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting IEP goals as necessary
