Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Illinois license
  • Professional Educator's License (PEL) for Illinois schools through ISBE
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in school settings

Location:
Racine, WI

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to determine student eligibility for speech and language services
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) through collaborative meetings
  • Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of 35-45 students
  • Support Response to Intervention (RtI) initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including special education supervisors, social workers, and psychologists, to enhance student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services and student progress
