Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Valid state license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary students.
  • Strong assessment and diagnosis skills to evaluate student needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and parents.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual students.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in need.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals.
