Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to students with speech and language difficulties in a school setting.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Support students in improving skills related to articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with students, staff, and families.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing strategies to achieve students’ speech and language goals.

Qualifications:

  • Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals.
  • Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques, ethical standards, and industry best practices.
