Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time SLP to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with students to address speech and language challenges, supporting their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy services to students with speech and language difficulties in a school setting.
Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
Support students in improving skills related to articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with students, staff, and families.
Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing strategies to achieve students’ speech and language goals.

Qualifications:

Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals.
Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques, ethical standards, and industry best practices.
