Job Description:

Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for a full-time school-based position at a high school in Phenix City, AL. This is a full-time opportunity, offering 37.5 hours per week. You will be working with a high school caseload, providing essential speech therapy services, conducting assessments, and helping students meet their IEP goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy services to high school students with a variety of speech and language disorders.
Conduct evaluations and implement therapy plans for students, focusing on speech articulation, language comprehension, and social communication skills.
Monitor student progress and modify therapy plans to meet individual goals.
Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and special education teams, to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Maintain accurate documentation and report progress to school administrators and families.
