Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Washington State SLP license
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Location:

  • Olympia, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across various grade levels
  • Provide direct services in both elementary and secondary settings, depending on placement
