Qualifications:

  • Current Delaware Speech Language Pathologist license
  • CCC or CFY in Speech Language Pathology
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with middle/high school and preschool Autism caseloads
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff and parents
  • Implement appropriate therapy techniques tailored to student needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as required
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
