Job Description

An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in an engaging elementary school environment. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to work across 1-2 school sites, focusing on the diverse communication needs of students.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
  • Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or CFY)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

Location:

  • Newark, DE

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement IEPs
  • Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with established guidelines
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
