Job Description

An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide support in a dynamic middle school setting in New Hope, PA. This role focuses on assisting learning support and life skills students, fostering their communication development and academic success.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a valid PA SLP License
  • Relevant experience in healthcare and educational settings, particularly with pediatric populations
  • Proficiency in teletherapy practices is a plus
  • Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support to classroom staff regarding students’ communication goals
  • Deliver services in person and through teletherapy as required
