Job Description

An opportunity is available for a skilled professional in an educational setting focused on supporting students' communication needs. This role is designed for a dedicated individual ready to contribute to the development and well-being of K-12 students through targeted speech-language interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide direct therapy services to students across grade levels.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure a comprehensive support system.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of IEP development and implementation processes.
